I’m so glad you’re here and I just want to say – If I can make delicious yummy meals in the Instant Pot – you can too. I LOVE my Pots.
I started out with one that I bought myself for Christmas and I now have four. All four get used at least once a day sometimes more and I usually have them all going at once.
My first was an 8qt Ultra named Gordon, the second a 6 qt duo plus named Junior, the third an 8qt Viva named Eric the Red because his display is red and Max. Max is a 6qt Instant Pot Max that I bought because of the sous vide option.
In addition to my Pots family I have the added an Instant Pot Ace Blender and and Instant Vortex Plus to the mix. I pretty much use those everyday too. I love the Instant Pot brand and look forward to more of their products coming to market.
So, I am not the only one in this house who loves the Instant Pot. This is Jeffrey and his favorite breakfast is when I make Steel Cut Oats for me. He can’t wait for it to be done. I literally have to hold him off so he doesn’t jump into it while it’s still hot. Here he is waiting for the pot to beep.
This particular batch was Pumpkin Oatmeal.
