So, I could’t resist temptation and I bought myself the Instant Vortex Plus and I am so glad I did. This is one super little appliance. I have not used my oven for anything since it arrived.

I am finding the Vortex fairly easy to use. Of course there is a bit of a learning curve such as what program to use and what time and temperature to set it at. Being a novice in the kitchen I first read the manual and I also looked online for recipe and advice. Then as the dish is cooking I sit with my eyes glued to the window watching it cook so to be sure I don’t burn anything. So far – NO disasters. Everything I have cooked has come out delicious. Especially the Parmesan Zucchini Zoodles.
